The Fiemme Valley (Val di Fiemme)
Untouched Dolomites landscape
Although the Fiemme Valley (Italian: Val di Fiemme) is idyllically situated in the beautiful mountains of the Trentino Dolomites, it has a relatively underdeveloped tourist infrastructure. In contrast to the touristic northern Fassa Valley, there are only a few restaurants and mountain pastures and therefore few attractions for tourists. However, the valley scores higher with its magnificent natural beauty and the mountain scenery. The towns of Cavalese, Tesero and Predazzo are all well located and worth a short stopoff. The landscape around the quiet villages is unique.
Holidays in the Fiemme Valley
Despite the relatively weak tourist infrastructure the valley is worth a visit. The magnificent hiking trails and the ski areas with guaranteed snow attract more and more tourists. The Fiemme Valley is also perfect as a starting point for activities in the nearby Fassa Valley and San Martino di Castrozza.
