Resorts and beaches in Veneto
Holidays along the Gulf of Venice
Seemingly endless miles of sandy beaches, huge hotels, holiday villages, campsites and right in the middle the unique lagoon city of Venice: these all characterise the Venetian Adriatic coast. The Venetian beaches are ideal, especially for families. The beaches are wide and mostly stay shallow for a long while as they stretch gently out to sea, which makes them perfect for small children. A good tourist infrastructure and excellent hotels complete the offer. Campers can also choose from a wide variety of good campsites, especially in Marina di Venezia. A highlight of the region is of course the city of Venice itself, but the Venetian hinterland is also not far away and is quite interesting. Caorle, Bibione and Jesolo, as well as Chioggia and the Isola Albarella are among the most popular tourist destinations in Veneto.
