The spectacular panorama overlooking the lake itself is worth the rigors of a hike. Starting points to the many walks and tours are along the entire eastern shore from Garda to Torbole.
The entire west bank is also an ideal area for long walks and can provide good opportunities for avid hikers and hiking experts alike. All those who want combine their hiking holiday with a beach holiday should do some day trips to Trentino. Particularly the Fiemme and Fassa valleys in the Dolomites nearby offer a huge number of really nice hiking trails!
