The eastern bank of Lake Garda
From Torbole to Peschiera del Garda
The eastern bank of the lake is mainly dominated by the imposing mountain massif of Monte Baldo. It takes up almost half of the lake and is a popular spot for hikers, bikers and paragliders. Nevertheless, some of the best known and most frequented tourist resorts of Lake Garda are scattered around the mountains. Torbole, Malcesine and Garda are the strongholds of summer tourism. However, there are also many other interesting villages and places which are worth a visit. From seaside and swimming paradises to entertainment parks like Gardaland and idyllic village centres, you can nearly find everything here.
