The Palazzo Chiericati is one of the major works of Palladio. The magnificent balustrade, decorated with a long porch and statues, houses the local art gallery of Vicenza. Venetian paintings from the Middle Ages to Mannerism are on display here, including many paintings by famous artists such as Tiepolo, Tintoretto and Veronese.
