The Villa Barchessa Alessandri is on the outskirts of Mira, the main city of the Riviera del Brenta. Right by the entrance to the guesthouse you can find statues of the Roman emperor Caesar and Alexander the Great. Once inside the guesthouse you can admire a fresco cycle from Greek mythology by Giannantonio Pellegrini. Pelligrini is considered  to be one of Tiepolo’s precursors. The Villa Barchessa Alessandri guesthouse has been a casino since the 18th century.
