Chiesa di San Quirino
16th century Capuchin church
Build in the mid-16th century, the Capuchin church of San Quirino is a plain, mostly artless church radiating a great deal of peace. Base, pillar and capital were built from stones of Monte Titano. The main altar inside is decorated with a painting by Taddeo Zuccari depicting the Deposition of Christ. A memorial stone brings in mind the dissolution of the Roman legion. A monument by Silvetrio Monteguti dedicated to St Francesco from 1928 is located on the church square.
